UPDATE: Missing 9-year-old Sheboygan Girl Found Safe

Update: According to the Sheboygan Police Department, Michele McKinney has been located with a family member. She is safe and additional professional services will be provided.

Original story: The Sheboygan Police Department is attempting to locate a missing child. Nine-year-old Michelle McKinney was last seen around 6:30 PM Thursday in the 800 block of Kentucky Avenue in Sheboygan.

She is described as a black female with shoulder length black hair, 4-feet, 6-inches tall and weighing 84 pounds. She is believed to be wearing a black shirt with silver stars on the front, blue pants and pink/purple Nike shoes.
