UPDATE: ME confirms 4-year-old died of acute methadone intoxication

UPDATE: The Milwaukee Medical Examiner has confirmed that Tyranne Beckless died of acute methadone intoxication on April 15.
Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating the death of the 4-year-old as a probable opioid overdose.
According to the Medical Examiner, additional toxicology testing and confirmation is still pending.
The child is identified as Tyranne Beckless. The child lived at 3913A N. 26 Street, Milwaukee.
Beckless was pronounced dead on 4/15/2017 at 3:24 PM at that location.
According to Milwaukee Police, two suspects were arrested on Wednesday and the investigation is ongoing.
This is the seventh child under the age of 5 to die of an opioid OD in Milwaukee County in 19 months.
