ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Elkhorn Police have confirmed to CBS 58 that the man arrested in connection with the sexual assault was an employee of North American Midway.

Terrence Leflore was a carnival worker in town for the Walworth County Fair.

ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Elkhorn Police have announced an arrest in connection with a sexual assault which left a woman seriously injured.

Elkhorn Police took Terrence Leflore, 24, of Jackson Mississippi into custody on September 3.

He is charged with First Degree Sexual Assault, Robbery, First Degree Reckless Injury, Aggravated battery, and Obstructing an Officer.

Leflore is believed to be responsible for the August 28th sexual assault of a woman in a public parking lot in the 10 block of S. Lincoln Street.

The investigation into the assault was led by the Elkhorn Police Department with assistance by the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, Dane County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin State Crime Laboratory Bureau, Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and the Association for the Prevention of Family Violence.
