UPDATE: 71-year-old Fred Borgert found safe

Police say the subject of a Silver Alert was found safe Saturday night. The alert was issued Saturday for 71-year-old Fred Borgert. It is believed Borgert suffers from dementia or some other cognitive ailments.
Authorities believe he was on foot and known to hitchhike. In a previous occasion, Borgart wondered away and hitchhiked to Menomonee Falls.
