University of Wisconsin announces cuts

Rebecca Blank, Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin Madison says there will be some programs on campus that are completely cut others will be merged.

Many of the cuts will come in information technology, agriculture and the arts.

Blank also says students can expect larger class sizes fewer class options.

And all of this may combine to keep students here longer before graduation.
