Two Shootings Overnight in Milwaukee

A 48-year-old Milwaukee man is being treated for a gunshot wound suffered during an early argument.  According to the Milwaukee Police, the man was shot during a confrontation with a 41-year-old woman.   The incident happened in the area of S 11th and W Burnham Streets around 1:15 Friday morning.  The Police say the woman remained at the scene.  The investigation into the circumstances surround the shooting is ongoing.

In a separate shooting, an adult male is expected to survive his injured suffered around 2:10 AM in the area of N 42nd Street and W North Avenue.   According to the Milwaukee Police, the circumstances of the shooting are unclear as the victim is not cooperating in the investigation.
