Windy Friday then a chance for frost this weekend
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two people have filed a lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police Department after being arrested at a memorial service held after the unrest in Sherman Park.
Jarrett English and Benetria McGowan filed the suit on Friday.
Both claim police arrived and told people do disperse. Shortly after, both English and McGowan say they were arrested and not given specific reasons as to why.
Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown shot and killed Sylville Smith during a chase in August of 2016 which sparked the unrest in Sherman Park.
