MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Between Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17, two shooting scenes resulted in deaths in Milwaukee.
On Saturday, July 16, 2022, at approximately 7:51 p.m. near 22nd and Wright Streets, a 28-year-old Milwaukee man sustained fatal gunshot injuries. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A second victim of that shooting is also a 28-year-old Milwaukee male who sustained non-life threatening gunshot injuries. He was transported to a local hospital where he is in stable condition and expected to survive.
The circumstance leading up to the shooting stem from an argument. Milwaukee Police continue to seek an unknown suspect.
At approximately 10:55 p.m. on Saturday, July 16 near 41st St. and Capitol Dr. a 24-year-old Milwaukee man sustained fatal gunshot injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspects.
