Two in custody after police chase ends near 9th and Locust

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two people are in custody after a police chase ends on Milwaukee's north side. 

Officers say they saw a car driving recklessly around 10:45 p.m. September 16. Authorities chased after the car which eventually came to a stop near 9th and Locust. That's when police say the people inside got out of the car and ran off. 

Both the driver and passenger were taken into custody after a short foot chase. Officers say they found guns and drugs inside the vehicle.
