Two arrested in connection with two armed robberies at Fond du Lac convenience stores
Fond du Lac Police announce they have arrested two individuals in connection with two armed robberies that occurred at Fond du Lac convenience stores over the last two days.
Officers were called to the Phillips 66 Convenience Store located at 362 N Peters Ave at 6:45 a.m. on Monday morning for a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. Investigating officers discovered that a suspect described as a white male entered the store displaying a handgun and demanded money from the lone clerk on duty. The suspect then fled from the store on foot and was last seen running southeast across Peters Ave.
Investigators were able to identify two individuals believed to be involved in this incident. The two individuals a 26-year-old Oshkosh man and a 23-year-old Fond du Lac woman were taken into custody by investigators late this morning.
