Turkey spotted on I-94, first responders guide it to safety

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- This next story, well, the video speaks for itself.

That is a turkey trotting across I-94 near State Fair Park today on March 23.

It happened around 5:00 p.m. in the middle of rush hour traffic.

It did create a bit of a backup as first responders tried to get the bird to safety.

We've reached out to transportation officials to find out what exactly happened to the turkey.
