MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A trial date is set for the man accused of killing a woman in his Milwaukee apartment.
Kris Zocco will face a jury on May 14, 2018. This week, the court has been going over what evidence and testimony should be allowed at Zocco's trial. He’s accused of killing Kelly Dwyer during sex and then dumping her body on the side of the road in rural Jefferson County in 2013.
Zocco is currently serving time on an unrelated child pornography conviction.
