"Tosa Fest" celebrates a decade of raising money through fun

WAUWATOSA-It's an oldie but a goodie form of entertainment. The dunk tank. It's back for the annual \"Tosa Fest\" in Wauwatosa September 5th and 6th.

The dunk tank is a fundraiser for the Wauwatosa Fire Department and is set up near Cafe Bavaria at Harwood and State.

It's part of the larger festival that continues Saturday. Over the past ten years, the event has raised more than $150,000 for local organizations.

\"Tosa Fest\" brings a wide variety of people together. It offers family activities, food, arts and crafts and music.

Even though it was raining briefly Friday, it was still relatively warm and folks lingered on the streets to listen to the band and sway back and forth and call it a summer in a cool and relaxing way.
