MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was taken into custody in Milwaukee Thursday night, July 23, for operating while intoxicated, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
According to a MCSO arrest report, Romo was stopped around 6 p.m. while driving southbound on I-43.
The report says Romo "performed poorly" on standard field sobriety tests.
Records show he was booked and released. A court date has been set for Sept. 21.
