Tips and ideas for making easy DIY Halloween costumes

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The time to buy Halloween costumes is quickly dwindling, but one local expert has some ideas about some fun costumes that can be made at home with a little imagination, elbow grease and a few boxes.
