MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Fighting fire with fashion. This is the theme of a fundraiser happening Thursday evening at The Iron Horse Hotel. The special cocktail party will feature a silent auction, jewelry sales from local artisans, and specialized drinks. Proceeds will benefit the devastating brush fires in Australia with money in part supporting “World Wildlife Fund Australia.”
There’s no admission for “Fashion Takes Action.” The event runs from 6 to 8 pm in the lobby of the hotel. The DJ for the Milwaukee Bucks, Shawna, will even be on hand. Click here for all the details.
