MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- People celebrated happy hour together Friday night, while staying more than six feet apart.
At 5 p.m., tenants went out onto their balconies at a building off Erie Street in Milwaukee and sang together.
The residents say they want to stay close and connected, while still observing social distancing guidelines.
