The Corners of Brookfield is decking its halls for 2020 holiday events

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) --- The Corners of Brookfield is decking its halls in anticipation for all of its 2020 holiday events!

According to a news release, residents should prepare for carolers, hot cocoa, walks, photo booths, giant light shows, and more. The center will kick off the holidays with two giant light experiences on display in Market Square for the duration of the season.

Beginning Nov. 21, a 15-foot tall walk-through hot cocoa mug multi-senses experiential installation will light-up the community. It will be topped with 18,000 LED lights and chocolate-scented fog. A 40-foot immersive lights tunnel running along Market Square will be adorned with 10,000 color-changing LED lights as well. The same day, the town center will receive a visit from live reindeer from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The Corners will be hosting 10 Days of Cheer from Nov. 27 to Dec. 6. Each day will bring hot cocoa walks, carolers, community singing, and shopping specials. Each night the Center's 35 foot Christmas tree will be lit at 6:30 p.m.

Children are also invited to drop off letters to Santa in the Market Square North Pole mailbox beginning Friday, Nov. 27.

Shoppers can enjoy the 6th Annual Gingerbread Build event Dec. 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The houses will be displayed throughout the Center for voting as part of Habitat's Gingerbread Build project in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
