MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The teenager charged with leading Milwaukee Police on a chase that ended in a deadly crash has been bound over for trial.
Marcellus Purifoy appeared in court Tuesday morning facing several charges including fleeing an officer causing death. The crash killed one of the passengers in the car Purifoy was driving. Two other vehicles, including a school bus, were involved.
The 17-year-old entered a not guilty plea. He's due back in court on May 7.
