Teen cited after standoff with West Allis Police in tree

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A teenager is cited after police say he caused a disturbance at Greenfield Park in West Allis. 

Police say the 15-year-old was being disruptive during a group meeting and lit paper on fire before swimming in the park's lagoon and climbing a tree. 

The teen voluntarily came down from the tree about two hours later. He was cited for disorderly conduct, negligent handling of burning materials, and hindering an officer.
