5 teens charged after fire at former industrial building in Kenosha
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Milwaukee Police say a juvenile was setting off fireworks near Water and Highland on Saturday, July 3.
According to police, it happened around 11 p.m.
The teen was cited and later released.
CBS 58 crew on scene during the incident said they observed a firework being lit into the crowd and people running away.
