Teacher's aide accused of having sex with two students in Waukesha County pleads "no contest"

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A former teacher's aide charged with sexual assault will not go to trial.

Kimberly Gersonde is accused of having sex with two students, one in Menomonee Falls and another in St. Francis.

She avoided trial by pleading no "contest" to two counts of sexual assault by school staff.

In exchange, child enticement charges were dropped.

She'll be back in court for sentencing in December.
