CBS 58 News has learned Milwaukee County authorities have charged Katherine R. Gonzalez with sexual assault. She's listed on the Atlas Preparatory Academy's website as a teacher. 

The 24 year old is charged with felony 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault, having sexual contact with a person under age 13. Authorities took Gonzalez into custody on March 1st. Her bond is $15,000.00 cash. 

Gonzalez has a preliminary hearing on March 14th.
