MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There's no shortage of Wisconsinites stepping up to help animals in need. That includes those who make up the organization Tailwaggers 911 Dog Rescue based in Grafton.
They're dedicated to saving dogs in need and finding them forever homes.
