Suspects at large after robbing Manitowoc Family Dollar, tying up employees

MANITOWOC, Wis (WFRV) - Manitowoc Police responded to a robbery complaint at the Family Dollar on South 30th St. Sunday night.

According to the Manitowoc Police department, two people entered a store and ordered employees into a store room in the back of the business where they were tied up. The robbers then allegedly made off with an unknown amount of cash and 50 packs of Newport cigarettes.

A customer came into the store and noticed that there weren't any cashiers around, that customer found the employees in the back and helped free them.

Suspect number one is described as a Male/Black, late 20’s to mid-30’s, about 5’08”-6”, with black hair.

Suspect number two is described as a Male/Black, about 5’04”, with black hair.
