MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man involved in a showdown with UWM police had a machete, hatchet, and a gun on him.
Irie Payne has been charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and resisting an officer.
On March 19, a portion of the UWM campus was told to shelter in place. According to the criminal complaint, Payne pulled a gun on officers after they responded to a report of a man sleeping.
