Suspect Points Gun at Milwaukee Police Officer During Chase

A convicted felon allegedly pointed his gun at Milwaukee Police Officers during a chase that started on North 27th Street and West Ruby Street around 8:20 PM on Saturday.

The man saw the officers and proceeded in the opposite direction and grabbed the front of his waistband to secure an object.

The officers told the man to stop but he fled from the scene on foot.

During the chase, the suspect pointed the gun at one of the officers.

The suspect, a 20-year-old Milwaukee man and a convicted felon, was taken into custody in the 4500 block of North Teutonia Avenue and officers also confiscated the suspect’s gun, a .40 caliber semi-automatic.
