Sushi bar coming back to Potawatomi Casino Hotel's RuYi

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Potawatomi Casino Hotel announced they are bringing back the sushi bar at RuYi beginning March 9. 

According to a news release, the popular sushi bar will offer a new menu and a variety of rolls that have not been offered before thanks a brand new chef. 

Chef Sang-ki Kim is a sushi expert, Potawatomi says, who brings over three decades of experience in restaurant management and Japanese cuisine to Potawatomi Casino Hotel. He specializes in creating unique dishes and flavors.

The sushi bar will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 4-10 p.m.

Potawatomi says over the next six months, RuYi will undergo a major overhaul of its main menu that will bring new flavors and dishes. 

"The re-opening of the sushi bar and the re-imagined menu at RuYi signifies an era of new and exciting amenities throughout the casino," Potawatomi said in a news release.
