MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The man who police say was involved in several robberies on New Year's Eve in Milwaukee is also found competent for his case to move forward.
Andre Dyson, 20, is facing armed robbery and endangering safety charges. The other two suspects in the robberies, Charles Barefield and Shannon Nehmer along with Nehmer's 2-year-old daughter were killed when their car plunged into the KK River after a police chase.
Dyson will be back in court next week.
