BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A clerk at a Family Dollar store won't be charged after she pulled a gun when threatened by a customer.
Surveillance video shows the encounter as it happened at the Family Dollar off Brown Deer Road in Brown Deer.
According to a police report, the customer wanted to return something she bought and started arguing.
Police say the customer was known for causing issues at the store.
The cashier told police she regularly carries the gun, especially when she closes the store.
Thankfully, no one was hurt.
