Law enforcement is one of the toughest jobs there is. To celebrate national women’s month CBS 58’s Amanda Porterfield lead a candid conversation with a group of females on the force in Milwaukee. They shared perspective about their experience in a male-dominated field.
As of 2018 the Milwaukee police force consists of 16.6% female officers, slightly higher than the national average of 13% according to the National Center for Women and Policing.
