One of the areas longest running classic car shows parks itself in town for another season starting today, and this time it's at a new location. Close to 200 types, from Hot Rods to Muscle Cars, will be outside Point Burger Bar in Pewaukee. And as you might expect, each one has a story, whether it's the '72 Chevy Nova or the '38 Nash made in Milwaukee. The owners also tell me they love gathering not really for showing off their prized possessions but to socialize among each other.
The cars shows run every Wednesday starting today and going through September 6, weather permitting. It's free to the public, and it runs from 4:30 to 9 in the evening.
