St. Francis Police Department searching for man who stole $250 worth of candy bars

The St. Francis Police Department responded to the Pick 'n Save located at 4698 S. Whitnall Ave for a retail theft.

An employee called the police to report a large theft of candy bars.

Officers arrived and learned that a white male, approximately 18-20 years old, 5'5, 140 lbs., short brown hair, baggy red t-shirt, baggy black shorts, large brown/green backpack, concealed approximately $250 worth of candy bars in his backpack and left without paying.

Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the suspect.
