St. Francis man arrested after pushing girlfriend out of taxi cab

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A St. Francis man, 27, was arrested and is facing charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

Police responded to a home in the 2800 block of Bolivar Avenue after a caller reported a man and woman were physically fighting in front of an apartment building.

It happened shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday.

When police arrived on scene, they learned that the man had punched his girlfriend and pushed her out of a taxi cab.

Charges are pending against the man.
