St. Francis man arrested after purposefully crashing into vehicle after argument, police say

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 21-year-old St Francis man is facing several charges after allegedly crashing his car into another car because of an argument.

A woman called police to report that her vehicle was just hit by another vehicle driving southbound on S. Nicholson Avenue, just north of E. Layton Avenue.

It happened around 12:12 a.m. on Sunday.

The investigation revealed that a 21-year-old St. Francis man purposely struck the woman's vehicle because he was involved in an argument with the passenger in the car earlier that night.

The man's vehicle was later found unoccupied in the Value Village Parking lot.

He was taken into custody in the area of Howell and Howard.

The man faces charges of recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct, and hit-and-run of an occupied vehicle.

Formal charges are pending.
