Spotty showers and storms possible through the afternoon

Scattered showers and isolated storms have developed across parts of south central Wisconsin this morning along and ahead of a cold front.

Spotty showers and isolated storms are expected to continue to develop ahead of this front that'll push its way across southeast Wisconsin during the course of the afternoon.

Any lingering showers or storms should clear far southeast Wisconsin by 6-7pm, with cooler and more comfortable air moving in for this evening and overnight. Storms are expected to remain below severe limits today, but we can't rule out a few stronger storms in Racine and Kenosha counties where there's been a little bit more sunshine today.

Sunny to partly cloudy skies will return on Sunday with lower humidity and highs in the low 80s. There may be a stray sprinkle in the afternoon or evening, but most of the area will likely stay dry. Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather App to track the afternoon showers and storms.
