Southwest Technical Glitch Causes Issues

Southwest Airlines says it had teams working through the night to restore its computer systems after a major tech meltdown yesterday.

Travelers flying on Southwest today are being told to check their flight status and arrive at the airport early.

Earlier this morning there were a couple of cancellations at General Mitchell on two flights to Vegas and one to Tampa.

Also a canceled flight coming from Minneapolis.

If you're expecting friends and family be sure to check their flight status ahead of time.

The computer glitch forced the airline to cancel and delay hundreds of flights yesterday.
