Southridge mall goes pink for breast cancer

GREENDALE -- Volunteers and health experts setup at Southridge Mall on Saturday to \"Paint the Mall Pink\".

The \"Pink Out\" is an effort to raise awareness about women's health and support the fight against breast cancer.

\"We've been invited to share the message of the importance of getting your mammogram done so we're sharing that message and educating people that stop by our booth.\" Fabiola Dechico, of Wheaton Franciscan Health Care, said.

Shoppers were able to meet with health care professionals and learn more about breast cancer prevention.

It's estimated that 4,000 women in Wisconsin will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.
