WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Another sign that colder weather is on the way, the DNR says snow owls have arrived in Wisconsin ahead of schedule.
The DNR says the first one was spotted in northeast Wisconsin last month.
Since then, there have been reports of snowy owls in Manitowoc, Milwaukee, and Sheboygan counties.
