WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa's Mayfair will soon host the interactive photo experience, "The Selfie Studio: Decades Tour."

Taking guests on a journey through several decades, the tour features eight immersive pop-up containers designed for unique photo moments. The family-friendly pop-up event, which is free to the public, starts Aug. 11 and lasts until Sept. 11.

The tour encompasses themes from the hoppin' 50s to the cosmic future. Themes include "The Diner" for the 50s, "Mellow Meadows" representing the 60s, "Disco Fever" for the 70s, "The Gamer" for the 80s, "The Video Store" in tribute to the 90s, "Teenage Dream" for the 2000s, "The Now" and finally "The Future."

A press release about the event says that participants can expect to create "Instagram-worthy photos" at every turn.
