WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- There are 60 nursing homes across Wisconsin that have been given a one-star rating from the Federal Government.
Nearly half of them are in southeast Wisconsin.
The Government recently changed the way it assesses nursing homes across the nation.
They say those changes are aimed at transparency and providing meaningful information on quality of care.
