Dollar Express will be closing six Family Dollar sites including three in Milwaukee and one in St. Francis.

According to Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development , the closings will occur around June 30.

The stores closing are 3048 E. Layton Ave., St. Francis; 102 E. Northland Ave., Appleton; 2621 N. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire; and 627 W. Historic Mitchell St., 4412 W. Capitol Dr.,and 4130 S. Howell Ave. in Milwaukee.

Approximately 50 workers will be affected.

DWD's regional workforce partners Bay Area Workforce Development Board., Employ Milwaukee and West Central Workforce Development Board will offer Rapid Response services to affected workers as appropriate.
