Silver Alert issued for Mount Pleasant woman

A Silver Alert has been issue for a 78 year-old woman from Mount Pleasant.
Genivieve Yard was last seen at 7:30 am.
Ms. Yard left her daughter's residence in Mount Pleasant this morning at 7:30 AM with plans to drive back home to her residence in Morris, IL - which is roughly 116 miles. It is unknown if Ms. Yard is still in Wisconsin or if she is in Illinois. She has not returned home as expected.
Her car is a 2011 Chrysler 200 with a license plate G179274.
