Silver Alert canceled, missing Illinois man found safe

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities say Alfredo Lara has been found safe.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police are asking for the public's help locating 78-year-old Alfredo Lara.
Lara was last seen in Kenosha on Wednesday, Jan. 26. He is driving a blue 2015 Ford Escape SUV with Illinois license plate, A524544.

Lara is an Hispanic male, he has short brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He may be wearing a blue bomber style jacket, a red sweatshirt, jeans, and black shoes.

Lara is believed to have dementia or some cognitive impairment which places him in danger.
