West Bend Police Department WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued to find an 83-year-old woman from West Bend.
Authorities say Barbara Halpin was last seen Monday, Sept. 15 just before 3 p.m.
Halpin reportedly never arrived for appointments she had and has turned off her phone.
Officials describe Halpin as a white female, standing 5'2" tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder length white hair. She also wears reading glasses and carries an old leather shoulder bag.
Halpin drives a 2003 gold Toyota Highlander with Wisconsin plate ABJ3937. It has a sticker on the back window.
