GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities say Sammie Louise Harris has been found safe.

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman missing from Glendale.

Police say 70-year-old Sammie Louise Harris was last seen at an apartment complex near 13th and Custer Avenue in the city of Glendale around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2.

She left on foot in an unknown direction and does not own a vehicle or cellphone. 

Authorities say she suffers from dementia, but is very social and outgoing. 

Sammie is described as a Black female, 5'5", 189 pounds with black, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. 

She was last seen wearing a black, thigh-length coat, yellow blouse, black pants, gray boots, black and gold glasses and a purple lanyard with a Green Bay Packers key.
