Update: Silver Alert canceled, Franklin man found safe

Update: Franklin police say Daniel Balli has been found safe.

SILVER ALERT (CBS 58) -- Franklin police are asking the community to keep an eye out for a missing man. 

Daniel Balli (71) was last seen at an assisted living facility near S. 48th St. and W. Sherwood Dr. around 6 p.m., Sunday night. 

Balli is approximately 5'11'', 140 pounds, and has gray/white hair with gray/white facial stubble.

He was last seen wearing a dark sweater and blue cargo style pants. He also walks with a slight hunch.
