COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Officials say Janet Pulvermacher has been found safe.

COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been activated for a 65-year-old woman last seen in Cottage Grove on Monday, Aug. 30.

Officials say Janet Lynn Pulvermacher was last seen on Progress Drive around 2:30 p.m. 

Police say Pulvermacher walked away from her residence around 5 p.m. She left in a dark geometric patterned bathrobe and is not wearing any shoes.

Pulvermacher is described as a white woman, 5'6 and 155 pounds with gray long hair and blue eyes.
