SIlent bats lead to Crew's second straight loss

The Milwaukee Brewers lost to the Arizona Diamondbacks 3-2 Wednesday afternoon at Miller Park.


Brewers starter Wily Peralta gave up just two runs despite giving up 11 hits in six innings of work. Diamondbacks pitcher Bronson Arroyo pitched into the eighth inning without giving up an earned run



The only earned run for the Brewers came in the ninth inning from a sacrifice fly by Lyle Overbay.


Off on Thursday, the Brewers will host the New York Yankees May 9-11.
