TOWN OF WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) – A deadly fire in the Town of Waukesha in February is being ruled accidental.
According to the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office, the house fire near Arcadian and Sultan was caused by unattended cooking materials.
A father and his two children died in the fire.
Police believe Kevin Duffy Sr. carried his 9-year-old son Konnor to safety and then ran back inside for his two other children.
